Who are we exactly?

We are a computer repair and consultation company. We offer services for electronics repairs and we also offer services on estimates for other electronic futures. Such as new laptop advisories, migration costs, security cameras, etc.

Do we repair more than just computers?

We do plenty of other services:

• Computer repairs

• Cell phone repairs

• Security system services, not affiliated with any brand.

• Consultations on services or repairs

• Small electronics repair

• Electronics disposal

Why do we not have a storefront?

We are a startup and we are trying to make it a possibility. In order for us to have a storefront we have to justify that monetarily. Until we start making more money to be able to furnish the basic costs i.e. Rent, Electric, Utilities. We need to be able to cover those costs regularly or consistantly before we can justify opening the doors to a storefront for the community.

Why do we aim to help the customer with repairs?

What we mean by this question, is why do we help you learn about a computer if we are in the business for computer repair. The answer is simple. We want to make sure that the community has the basic running knowledge of a computer and troubleshooting. The estimated amount of projects and timelines missed in other businesses or personal projects due to computer being down because the individual could not at least find out what was happening with their device has exponentially skyrocketed. That is because bigger chain stores have groomed this. They offer these services at the counter after you buy your computer so that you can pay for them to service this item and you not have to lift a finger, everything should be right there. We aim to do the same thing, but we have more options. We will not send you out the door with a 2000 dollar computer when you were in here for a basic 300 dollar computer that you need all your data on. We will hand pick your order together, and then once everything is ordered, we then take your old laptop, and within 1-2 business days, you now have a working computer, nice and new.

What is a consultation?

Our consultation is essentially going over services and repairs before actually conducting the services. We want to make sure that you know what you are looking at before you get it done. Consultation is a paid service after 30 minutes. Just like a mechanic or anyone else, we will offer some of our time for free, but in order to keep moving with repairs we need to charge for the time after 30 minutes if it is a longer meeting, as some of these include placing of security systems, going over a quote, essentially the longer timeline items will be included in the end billing. Essentially, we make sure that you are aware of everything associated with your order, any deviations from the original quote then is subject to a charge due to the timing it may take in that consultation.
